WHO’S ON THE BALLOT
CANDIDATES FOR INTERNATIONAL OFFICE
The Junior Civitan International Board consists of 1 President, 1 Vice President and 1 at-large Directors. The below Junior Civitans have declared their intent to run for a position on the 2023-2024 International Board. The International Board will be advised by an Advisory Committee that will be comprised by a director from each Junior Civitan region, one representative from the Junior Civitan clubs in Canada, and one representative from the Junior Civitan at-large clubs outside of North America.
Victoria Scott | Candidate for President
Victoria Scott of Academy of Tucson High School Junior Civitan Club in Region 8 is an upcoming senior running for International President. Victoria joined in 2021 and has held many positions in Junior Civitan, including current International Director, upcoming Region 8 Director, current and upcoming club president. She has also been honored with a Regional Honor Key and the All In Summit 2024 Top Fundraiser Scholarship.
Sean Lane | Candidate for President
Sean Lane of Davie County High School Junior Civitan Club in Region 3 is an upcoming senior running for International President. Sean joined in 2019 and has held many positions in Junior Civitan, including Club Co-Vice President, Club Co-President, Assistant to the Director of the Jr. Civitan Region 3 and upcoming Region 3 Director.
Ebbie Lescoe | Candidate for President
Sara Eberly (Ebbie) Lescoe of Salisbury Academy Junior Civitans Club in Region 3 is an upcoming senior running for International President. Ebbie joined in 2021 and has held many positions in Junior Civitan, including current Club President and Civitan Club presenter. She has also been honored with the “Most Determined” award at All In Summit 2024.
Lorelai Dickson | Candidate for Director
Lorelai Piper Dickson of Shawnee Heights High School Junior Civitan Club in Region 7 is an upcoming senior running for International Director. Lorelai joined in 2022 and has held the Club Vice President position and is her Club’s upcoming President. Lorelai is passionate about growing club involvement not only in Region 7 but in every Region.
Baxter Heilig | Candidate for Director
Baxter R. Heilig of Salisbury Academy Junior Club in Region 3 is an upcoming junior running for International Director. Baxter joined in 2023 and was Sergeant-at-Arms and honored with the “Future President” Award at the 2024 All-In Summit. Baxter has a plan to focus on communication and fellowship for all levels of Junior Leadership to grow and strengthen the program.
Faith Prine | Candidate for Director
Faith Prine of Ashbrook Civitans Junior Civitan Club in Region 3 is running for International Director. Faith joined in 2022 and is the current Region 3 planning officer. She is passionate about promoting service projects that help people of all levels of IDD.
